Topaz is a mineral made of aluminum silicate and fluorine. It is an allochromatic mineral, meaning it can appear in different colors. Rare and stunning, blue topaz is valued for its luster and symbolizes joy, friendship, and positivity.
What is White Gold?
Gold is a malleable, noble metal with a shiny yellow color that is found in nature. To obtain white gold, an alloy of gold, copper, and palladium is created. Its purity is measured in carats, which indicates the amount of pure gold contained in a piece of jewelry: Comete white gold jewelry is made of 18-carat gold or 750 ‰ and therefore consists of 750 ‰ pure gold and the remaining 250 ‰ from other metals.
How much does 1 Carat measure?
A stone with a weight of 1 Carat, which corresponds to 100 Points Carats, measures 6,4 mm using a caliper. 0.25 Carats corresponds to 4mm, 0.50 to 5,2 mm, 0.75 to 5,8 mm, finally 1.25 Carats equals 7mm in diameter and thus Via.
