The idea takes shape
CONCEPTION, DESIGN, 3D DESIGN
Each Comete JEWELLERY is born from an’inspiration: an emotion, a precious moment. The creative journey begins with a moodboard, where suggestions, colours and shapes come to life. From idea to stroke, the designers draw the jewellery freehand, capturing its essence. Subsequently, the designers define every detail with CAD models. The result is a prototype obtained through 3D printing, which makes the jewellery tangible for the first time.

From vision to model
FINISHING AND SAMPLING
After a careful review of the design, the sample is created, testing proportions and details with extreme precision. Here the idea is refined, finding the perfect balance between aesthetics, ergonomics, and durability: a concrete preview of the jewel that will soon come to life.

WAX 3D PRINTING
The jewel comes to life in wax, a fragile but essential material that allows for careful sculpting of every detail. Thanks to innovative technologies, every line is defined with precision, creating a perfect model, ready to be transformed into precious metal through casting.
From wax to gold
PRECIOUS METALS FUSION
In the casting, the precious metal fills the mold, accurately capturing every detail. This step marks the most significant transformation: the wax model disappears, making way for a creation ready to become a unique, solid, and durable piece of jewelry.

SANDING, WELDING
In the Comete goldsmith's workshop, the artisans from Vicenza transform materials with skill and passion. With expert hands, they clean, sand, and solder the jewelry, refining every tiny imperfection. Here, the ancient goldsmith tradition of Vicenza merges with modern techniques, preserving the value of craftsmanship and ensuring creations of excellence, destined to last over time.

MOUNTING, POLISHING
The stones are positioned with extreme precision, ensuring stability and harmony. Each setting is a gesture of mastery, designed to allow each stone to capture light and unleash beauty.
With the polishing, the jewel reaches its maximum brilliance: the metal is polished until a perfect, smooth, and shiny surface is achieved, ready to shine.
