To make a return, we invite you to send us an email at online@Comete.it with the code of the item you wish to return and your order number in the subject.
Subsequently, we ask you to pack the jewelry and ship it via the nearest courier or Italian Post and send it to our address:

As soon as we receive the jewelry, we will process the refund for your order.
The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the returned product is not intact, that is, in case of:
• Lack of packaging
• Product not intact.
• Damage to the product due to causes attributable to the Customer.
Unfortunately, the return of a custom-made product is not possible because it was made specifically for the person who requested the customization of the jewelry.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided you meet the following conditions:
- The products must not have been used, modified, or personalized.
- The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.
- The product must be accompanied by its attached warranty.
Yes, you have the option to change the item within 14 days from when you receive the order. You can request the exchange of the item, or a refund.
Unfortunately, the return of a custom-made product is not possible because it was made specifically for the person who requested the customization of the jewelry.
The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:
- PAYPAL PAYMENT: the cancellation is made directly through PayPal.
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund is credited directly to the credit card used for the purchase.
We will ship your exchange order only after we have received the items you want to return.
Your return arrives at our warehouse about a week after you have delivered it to the courier or at the Post Office. If more time has passed than we indicated, please contact our customer service to confirm the receipt of your return at the address online@Comete.it.
We remind you that the refund occurs in about 5 working days from the receipt of the return.
