We will ship your exchange order only after we have received the items you want to return.
Your return arrives at our warehouse about a week after you have handed it over to the courier or at the Post Office. If more time has passed than we indicated, please contact our customer service to confirm the receipt of your return at online@comete.it. We remind you that the refund occurs in about 5 working days from the receipt of the return.
