Muraro Lorenzo S.p.A grants to the final private customer (btc purchases not btb) a free extension of one additional year compared to the duration of the warranty provided by law.

This extension is valid for all Comete jewelry except for wedding bands which enjoy a perpetual warranty as explained below.

To activate the Comete jewelry Warranty Extension, which adds to the legal two-year warranty, it is sufficient to register the COMETE GIOIELLI jewelry purchased in the form below within thirty days from the date of purchase indicated on the tax document.
The Warranty Extension can only be activated for COMETE jewelry purchased in Italian territory and is valid for jewelry from both lines (women and men) of the COMETE GIOIELLI brand.

Once the registration of the COMETE jewelry is completed, an email will be sent containing all the registered data and the unique code to keep in order to benefit from the Warranty Extension.
This warranty is to be understood under the same terms and conditions as the legal warranty that accompanies the COMETE jewelry.

In case of technical control of the jewelry, after the expiration of the legal warranty and falling within the third year of the Warranty Extension, contact the authorized dealer, presenting together with the jewelry:

• the receipt;

• the stamped and dated warranty from the dealer;

• the printout of the email received at the time of registration of the COMETE jewelry containing the registration data and the UNIQUE CODE.

The authorized COMETE dealer will send everything to the company.

THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR JEWELRY THAT BENEFITS FROM THE WARRANTY EXTENSION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FINAL BUYER.
