Conditions and procedure

MURARO LORENZO S.p.A grants free of charge to private end customers (btc purchases not btb) an extension of one more year over the duration of the warranty provided for by law.

This extension is valid for all Comete JEWELLERY except for wedding rings, which enjoy a perpetual warranty as explained below.

To activate the Comete Jewellery Warranty Extension, which is in addition to the legal two-year warranty, simply register the Comete Jewellery purchased in the form below within thirty days from the date of purchase of the jewel indicated on the tax document. The warranty extension can be activated only for Comete jewellery purchased in Italy and is valid for both lines (men's and women's) of the Comete Jewellery brand.

Once the registration of Comete jewellery has been completed, a message will be sent via e-mail containing all the data registered and the unique code to be kept in order to benefit from the extended warranty. This guarantee is to be understood under the same terms and conditions as the legal guarantee that accompanies Comete jewellery.

In the event of a technical inspection of the JEWELLERY, following the expiry of the legal guarantee and falling within the third year of the extended guarantee, please contact your authorised retailer, presenting the following together with the jewellery:

• the receipt;

• the warranty stamped and dated by the dealer;

• print of the email received when registering Comete Jewellery containing the registration data and the UNIVOCAL CODE.
