How long does it take to fit a Comete jewellery piece?
The lead time for fitting a Comete jewel is 10/30 days. For more precise information we advise you to ask the Jewellery store of reference, as times vary from jewel to jewel depending on the type of work requested. For online orders you can send a request to online@comete.it.
How is Comete Jewellery made?
Each piece of Comete Jewellery Made in Italy is made entirely in Italy, in our Vicenza headquarters. All designs are created in house by our designers and produced in our goldsmith's workshop by highly skilled craftsmen to create only quality Jewellery.
How can I keep my Comete JEWELLERY beautiful and shiny at all times?
Jewellery should be cleaned regularly, recommending that the Jewellery store where it was purchased be professionally cleaned once a year.
Jewellery should also be removed before going to bed, before practising any sport, when washing hands or using corrosive products. Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia and chlorine. Do not expose Jewellery to heat sources.
To avoid losing or damaging Jewellery, store it carefully in its original packaging or pouch after use, avoiding contact with other Jewellery to prevent scratches.
Is Comete Jewellery covered by Warranty?
All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code ("Legal Guarantee").
The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers and is valid for 24 months from the day the Jewellery is purchased. MURARO LORENZO S.p.A grants free of charge to the private final customer (b2c not b2b purchases) an extension of an additional year over the duration of the warranty provided for by law. The guarantee protects your Jewellery against any defect due to the manufacturing process. Any breakage and/or manufacturing defect which, following a careful inspection by our technicians, is deemed to be attributable to the company will entitle you to free repair or replacement of the product subject to availability of the articles.
