Muraro Lorenzo S.p.A grants the final private customer (b2c purchases, not b2b) a free extension of an additional year beyond the duration of the warranty provided by law. The warranty protects your jewelry from any defects due to the manufacturing process. Any breakages and/or manufacturing defects that, following careful verification by our technicians, are deemed attributable to the company, will entitle you to free repair or replacement of the product, subject to the availability of the items.
