The metals used in goldsmithing are all alloys, which allows them to be worked. 925 silver is an alloy composed of 925 parts per 1000 of natural silver.

Is it possible to request a customised Comete jewellery size?
You can go to your nearest Comete Jewellery store and ask for a jewel to be made to measure. For online orders, however, you can send an email request to online@comete.it.
Is Comete Jewellery covered by Warranty?
All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code ("Legal Guarantee").
The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers and is valid for 24 months from the day the Jewellery is purchased. MURARO LORENZO S.p.A grants free of charge to the private final customer (b2c not b2b purchases) an extension of an additional year over the duration of the warranty provided for by law. The guarantee protects your Jewellery against any defect due to the manufacturing process. Any breakage and/or manufacturing defect which, following a careful inspection by our technicians, is deemed to be attributable to the company will entitle you to free repair or replacement of the product subject to availability of the articles.
